The project requires an initial investment of £1 million and an annual upkeep of £220,000 to continue expansion. Income stream from the plantation would commence at seven years with £900,000 (2008 prices) of timber sales for that year. This would typically represent income from the Project should it be owned privately. If the Project is developed as an investment vehicle for companies and individuals, sales to investors would represent over £500,000 pa and land would be added at the rate of 100 plus hectares per year depending on sales.

Fully experienced, European Management; local qualified and experienced forestry engineers and technicians are available for immediate start and the operation can be up and running within six months.
